Step 2: Candidate Testing- You'll undergo our Care Discovery testing to evaluate your skills, highlighted strengths and suitability for customer service roles.
Step 3: Interview & Customer Achievement Analysis Results Meeting- We'll meet to welcome you aboard and review your work history. We'll discuss your test results and areas of focus for interviews, ensuring you're fully equipped for success in our system. Our aim is to support your growth by sharing your test results and our experience with you. We prioritize transparency and helping you identify your strengths to better prepare you for interviews.
Step 4: Placement -Next, we'll work on finding the right opportunity and aiming to place you in one of our open jobs.
Step 5: Onboarding - Upon receiving a job offer from our client, you'll be directed to our onboarding and orientation link. Here, you'll find details about our 30-day check-in process and gain access to our optional customer service training package, designed specifically to address the customer success-driven needs of your new employer. We are here to make sure you have all of the support you need during your first 30 days of employment with our client.
